1.國外客戶Account service, 與內部協調協助客人出貨交期及品質控管。2.新產品開發階段會議追蹤及導入量產。（Forcast and build of matererial sheet manegement)3.測試機台前置作業與廠內各部門協調追蹤貨況並定期回報客人協助順利完成release 量產前的測試。4.溝通協調跨部門合作。5.客戶關係維護與訴願處理。6.休憩中心及新開發建廠專案規劃-Responsible for the customer service and sales account support for an assigned territory and onsite customer onboard management.-The execution and ownership of the new building for office and production line expansion; muti departments cooperation to manage and design the new functional space for future customers.-To build a good relationship and be a professional bridge between every other departments of company and customers. -Coordinating and management of testing tester qualification.Follow up all parts status and push internal process to commit customers running samples schedule.-Weekly meeting and conference call with customer side to understand customer needs and also doing internal discussion and solve problems to give customers a quick response.
