To come up with innovative ideas/themes for proposals documents and create all graphics required, including bespoke covers and dividers. Attend start-up meetings with production team and director responsible to agree strategy, content, presentation and actions. Review and edit material for proposal documents. Liaise with bid manager, estimator, planner and delivery team to capture and build in key information. Create realistic logistics/sequence drawings (e.g. cranes, hoists & other construction vehicles). Ensure timely dispatch and take responsibility for arrival of document. Prepare material for post-tender interview and responses, including interactive presentations.

Creating adverts and invitations, Powerpoint presentations, assisting in the production of brochures, updating the company database with employees CV’s and project details, organising photography for completed projects, creating and updating project profiles, taking press photography and internal staff photography, creating covers and charts, mark up building plans/drawings, creating foam display boards and signs, feeding information to the website and intranet.

Docketing and registering invoices, answering payment enquires over the phone, writing cheques, obtaining signatures for cheques and other payments, organising the bacs runs, filing of invoices and statements, meeting with subcontractors to obtain their CSCS card details, writing up the cash book.
