Responsible for the insurance area, provide presentations, workshops, monitoring casualty process, due date policy, and negotiate prices. In this role, a major accomplishment I´m most proud of was that I drove process improvements, restructured the area, wrote a standard operational procedure to be followed by all the company and also started to work with a new type of guaranty insurance that brings to the company reduce in costs and work capital.
