• Working with National Records of Scotland (NRS) on the Census Coverage Survey (CCS) project. The CCS is a separate survey that runs after the Census to help ensure that the Census produces high quality census.
• Establishing processes and creating guides for regular tasks including payroll audits, tracking of incidents and mailbox management.
• Implementing process and guides for ad-hoc queries such as kit returns, monitoring of extension contract responses and tracking external queries to identify trends.
