Facilitating regular meetings with Area and Team Managers, taking meeting minutes and action logs.• Receiving and responding to queries from members of the public, complaint handling and reporting. • Management of project mailbox, providing a centralised area for support and queries.• Carrying out post project evaluation activities, including surveys and insight reports.• Working with Census colleagues and stakeholders across National Records of Scotland to provide a consistent, auditable approach.

Within the team SharePoint page I created an activity dashboard so that we could monitor our impact.Our sales activity increased the Digimap for Schools subscriber base by 115%.
