Retired (2022) Diocesan Secretary for the Diocese of Coventry and Chair of Together for Change Coventry and Warwickshire. During my five and half years in this role I was responsible for leading the Diocesan Office team in developing and delivering the diocesan strategy of growing healthy churches and transforming communities across Coventry and Warwickshire.Currently I am a Director (2016 to date) and the Chair of the People and Pay Committee for Coventry Diocese Multi Academy Trust, which has responsibility for the education of over 4,500 children in 19 Church of England schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. I am also a Trustee of TNT - Transforming Notts Together, part of the CUF Together Networking working with churches in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to help them tackle poverty in their local area.Previous extensive experience of successfully leading local government change agenda, building strategic partnerships and collaborative working in Health and Well-being, Economic Development, Housing and Community Safety. Qualified Executive Coach and experienced trainer in leadership and management and the delivery of workforce development programmes and cultural change.
