Erasmus plus placement that took place in Modena (Italy). I worked as a part of a team whose goal was the development of inorganic pigments matching the client requirements. To do so, we prepared body and stain colours and studied their colorimetric performance after the firing process.

This was a work placement that took place in a fine chemicals Research and Development laboratory. The daily work consisted in the synthesis of organic polymers such as polycarbonatediols and subsequent characterisation with different analytic techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Infrared Absorbance or rheologic measurements.
