Ruth is a senior associate in Simpson Grierson's commercial property team. Ruth's specialist areas are forestry and carbon leasing. She has a broad range of experience in commercial property sales and acquisitions, agribusiness and property development and also advises clients on general property matters.Ruth's expertise extends to due diligence investigations on property, farming and forestry assets and preparing the necessary transaction documents for the sale or purchase of those assets.
