Focused in behavioral neuroscience, animal modeling of brain injury, translational work from animal models into human treatments, and data collection. Worked closely with UCONN Health's NICU and Connecticut Children's Medical Center for research guidance and collaboration. Resulting in three first author publications, and one publication under review. Presented data at 10 conferences/meetings for many different target audiences.

Recognized by the provost for “excellence in teaching” in 2020. During this time transitioned to online learning and back to inperson education. Worked with educational technology and learning management systems.

The HRA position has the same responsibilities as a RA, (programming, assisting students, etc) with added management of other RAs. Ran RA specific training, programming, and management. Met with parents of new students to answer questions and concerns. Coordinated with RAs and College reslife staff to provide clear communication between the two.

Internship in the Fleet Services department. Responsible for data entry, vehicle inspection approval, DOT logs, and management of divers, mechanics and managers. Developed, produced and helped distribute training materials for a new driver logging system. Trained drivers and managers on new systems and policies.

Designed method of running focus groups to gather data about advisor-student mentoring relationships from specific groups of students and alumni. Responsible for background research, the running of the focus groups, and collection, analysis and presentation of data. Lead to policy changes on advising at the college and presentation of the results at a conference.
