By using my excellent communication abilities and attention to detail, I consistently went above and beyond my goals. I used a system of priorities based on importance and urgency in my previous position as a program assistant at the institution. To make sure deadlines were reached, I used task management software, kept a thorough schedule, and kept in constant contact with team members. As a program assistant, I will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, preparing information and brochures, preparing files, entering data into the computer system, maintaining budget records, and maintaining pertinent websites and social media.
