I’m 22 years with a variety of work experience. My first job was a store clerk at a local bakery. I worked there throughout high school for 3 years. I had many different tasks and they are as follows:-Arranged and took customer and wholesale orders, in person and over the phone-Managed food, espresso machine, and money-Problem solved-Provided customer support-Organized order forms and inventory -Time management -Trained new employees After I graduated high school at Secondary Academy for Success (SAS) in March of 2019, I went straight into cosmetology school in April of 2019 at Gene Juarez Academy. Which is rated one of the top cosmetology schools in Washington state. While I was attending school, I also worked part time at the Gene Juarez Salon and Spa as a call center agent. I worked at the company booking appointments until I graduated cosmetology school. I made out-going calls as well as answered in-coming calls with the best customer service care. I multitasked by doing the following:-Booking several appointments at 1 time -Providing customer care-Providing information to clients about new deals/discounts and anything about their preferred stylist -Took payment over the phoneAfter 1600 hours and completing all of my requirements, I graduated September of 2020 with the Top Request Guests of my class and Top Product Sales of my class. As of recently I have been doing hair on the side, hoping to start my own small business one day as a major goal.The last few years I have been a full time nanny caring for many families and many kids of differing ages. I have worked with families ranging from and occasional bases, a few weeks, and the longest time I had with a family was over 1 year. My tasks varied between every family but my main task were as follows:-Trained in CPR and First Aid-Providing the best care -Teach children at appropriate age levels-Provide meals-Light cleaning/laundry-Drive to library for learning classes and to parks-Played and entertained inside and outside -Established a trusting bond with children and parentsThere are many more things, this is just to name a few. Child care has been a love of mine that I greatly enjoy. However, it is time for me to move on in the world to bigger and brighter things.
