• I reconcile multiple payroll balance sheet general ledgers on a monthly basis, ensuring that alltransactions are cleared or investigated in a timely manner.
• I created and maintained a bank statistics spreadsheet showing the value and volume oftransactions, which was distributed to senior management on a monthly basis.

• This role was working within the payroll department, running weekly and monthly payrolls for bothemployees and pensioners. Reconciling third party payments including payment to HMRC and thepension provider. Ensuring.
• I was solely responsible for running the payroll for around 7,500 pensioners each month.
• I was responsible for checking all the payroll reports to ensure the payments had accurately beenreflected from any changes made to the payroll records.
• I had sole responsibility for reconciliation of 3 pensions interfaces and ensuring that the paymentswere accurate and on time.
• I reconciled the HMRC data ensuring accurate payments were made.
• I reconciled third-party information for 3 suppliers prior to the monthly payments being made.
