Overall effective factory management and responsible for the dayto day running of the factory while overseeing the allocation ofduties to the factory staff Pursuing the factory’s business targets and managing allprocesses within the factory to ensure efficiency and profitability Coordinate budget control, managing stock levels and quality ofsupplies for the use in the factory, generating reports, hiring andtraining the staff Analyzing the factory production data and devising improvementstrategies as necessary to ensure system stability Together with the management, sets out all the staff payment,remuneration and other motivation methods to ensure highmotivation with high employee retention Preparation and forwarding of regular work reports to the FactoryManager.
