Royal Towers

I am responsible for Room Operations Training and audit at Alantis . I train LMS (lodging management system) software for Front Office, Housekeeping , Casino Guest Services and any other departments that utilise the software in their daily functions. I also review SOPs to ensure procedures/processes are in order which include the audit process for the Front Office at Atlantis. I also train customer service within the Rooms Operations departments at Royal Tower. Assessments and follow-up are completed with Department head on new hires from various towers.

Coral & Beach Towers

Reponsible for Front Desk Operations and processes for the arrival and departure experience. Also trained staff to handle guest concerns to better their problem resolution skills and improve customer service skills. I also was able to develop my budgeting skills for end of month P&L reviews and trained managers and guest service agents and assisted them to develop thier personal skills in Front Office. Managed Hotel inventory adn blocking of rooms daily.

Coral Towers

Responsible for telephone communications/operator services and emergency services at Sun International Bahamas LTD. Managed telephone work orders, set up conference calls for major groups and processed all celluar phones for senior management. Managed and reconciled monthly bills for Sun International. Responsible for setting up Public folders for in-house extensions by department and iniated adding the external number to the Batelco Yellow pages.I was previleged to manage the expansion of the PBX department from 14 operators to 38 operators. I had the privileged in hiring the first male telephone operator. My team and I was honored to open Royal Towers and Harborside with and assisted Batelco techs with installation of phones in the guest rooms. My team and I also assisted in the telephone installation for the Ocean Club expansion..I worked also on the project with BBG when we first introduced an independent provider to making increase revenue for the resort. I was also privileged to train operators on the first symposium system added to the PBX call center.

Coral Towers

Responsible for Hotel Room Inventory on island and room blocking. Expertise in setting up Group masters and rate strageties. I had the experienced of attending yield meetings and working Central Reservations in FLL. Balanced and posted room reservations deposits. Worked with Trip Directors/meeting planners and lisaon with group accounts and conferences services to ensure the arrival and departure process went smoothly. Experience in allotment blocks and levelling room block for Casino. Pocessed weekly forecasts for the entire property which was downloaded in excel to assist departments in thier weekly schedules. Knowlegeable in setting up billing profiles on room reservations.
