As the IT Supply Chain Business Partner, I am the “Face of IT”, working with the Lucozade Ribena Suntory Supply Chain Teams to drive Business Strategic alignment & relationship management. I ensure Change Activity is aligned with Regional Strategy Goals and Objectives and maintain and own the local IT Product Portfolio where a core solution is not defined. I also align Business Strategy into a target state vision, by working closely with key stakeholders, and minimise Business disruptions in Supply Chain by ensuring that service levels on core infrastructure and local business applications are at acceptable levels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Partnering & IT Planning, Demand Management• Engage with Business Teams to help prioritise and scope the IT plan in line with business priorities and the overall IT Strategy. • Work with other Business Process Owners to understand Requirements / Demand for IT Services and engage with the Regional Teams to detail. • Communicate IT Strategies, Roadmaps and Plans to the business ensuring that the Business as good visibility of upcoming programs that will impact them. Innovation & Management • Manage the Business Unit IT Portfolio and Plans getting visibility of IT Innovation roadmaps by Business Unit with the indication of business change and resource impacts.• Act as the first point of contact between IT and the Business regarding IT Innovation and provide support to capture the Business Unit Demand• Undertake the necessary activities to activate Regional IT Innovation and deliver any approved local IT projects within the Business Unit.• Manage Projects to support local business growth programs as aligned with overall IT and business plans.• Deliver a reliable local applications service, and identify improvements in all existing local IT Services within their assigned IT Domain. • Review new/changed expectations for solution/financials/contract alignment.• Monitor overall performance of the local vendors.

I was part of the Project Crystal SAP Implementation Team in 2014 and have continued to develop SAP experience and expertise since this time.
