- Led a creative community community engagement programme in neighbourhoods across Sheffield for people to witness other people's pandemic stories and share their own.- Co-curated the Stories from the Pandemic exhibition at the Millennium Gallery (Sheffield Museums) with Opus. Programmed a range of free public activities to complement the exhibition.- Facilitated events as part of Dying Matters, a month of free public events across Sheffield for people to build and share understanding about death, dying and bereavement, and feel confident to support others through hard times.- Identified and developed collaboration opportunities between artists, arts organisations, community groups and health & wellbeing workers.

- Creative leader and manager of a community-led creative programme of 76 participatory events and activities which engaged 25,000 people across neighbourhoods in Sheffield with the heritage, arts, crafts and nature themes of the Ruskin Collection at the Millennium Gallery. - Fundraised £145K, initiated 30 local community and culture partnerships, recruited 150 professional artists and volunteers. - Winner of the Best Community Project at the 2017 Association of Heritage Interpretation Awards for the Pop-Up Ruskin Museum. Action research programme to explore the role of the arts in inspiring people to live more socially and environmentally sustainably. Research included visits to Centre of Alternative Technology, regional energy / behavioural change centres, Tipping Point conferences, and the Reconnections course led by Jonathan Porritt. Fellowship led to the co-creation of an Arts Council funded woodland installation - Whirl in the Woods - in Sheffield in 2007 to re-imagine our relationship between home and the natural world, with Masters in Architecture students and professional wood designers.

Co-founder of Push with artistic director Josette-Bushell Mingo OBE. Fundraised £615K and initiated multiple partnerships to produce seasons of new Black British theatre, performance art, circus, comedy, opera and ballet in collaboration with Young Vic, Old Vic, Circus Space, Almeida Theatre, ENO, Sadlers Wells and ROH2. Push was awarded a South Bank Show award for excellence in the arts.
