Experience in acting for Regulators and providing general advices in relation to all aspects of Pharmaceutical Law and dealing with Fitness to Practice Inquires in relation to pharmacists. Commercial/Commercial Litigation Law - Extensive experience in advising clients in a wide range of industries on Commercial Agreements to include Shareholders, Share/Asset Purchase, Franchise, Distribution, Licensing and Joint Venture Agreements. Detailed knowledge of the obligations of companies and its officers and the Companies Act with significant experience in interpreting legislation to ensure full compliance. Dealing with commercial disputes in Circuit Court, High Court and Supreme Court. Dealing with arbitrations and professional indemnity claims.Employment Law - Extensive experience in the area of employment law, acting on behalf of both employer and employee in relation to claims before the EAT and dealing with equality claims, advices with regard to drafting contracts of employment and various policies and procedures required, advising employers and employees and acting on behalf of Trade Unions in relation to matters of employment law. Property Law - Dealing with the acquisition, mortgaging, refinancing, leasing and licensing of commercial properties on behalf of clients.Dealing with property matters on behalf of religious and charitable institutions including dealing with Trusts and Charity issues. Private Client Law - Dealing with residential sales and purchases, mortgaging, remortgaging and letting, probate and administration of estates together with Estate Planning.
