I have over 20 years professional work experience & I am currently working as a Project Manager with MyMind. I previously worked as a Community Relationship Manager organising events and experience in a a premium business park. I previously worked as a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Intel, with JLL. I was responsible for designing and delivering initiatives to enhance Employee Experience's and Wellbeing at work. I have a Degree and a Masters Degree in Psychology and I am qualified NLP practitioner. I also completed a Postgraduate in Trinity College Dublin in Workplace Wellbeing, on how to Establish a Culture of Health at Work. I was previously the founder of Nourish and Thrive, a holistic weight loss and well being retreat. I also bought a franchise and ran a successful Motivation Weight Management clinic for 5 years. Prior to this I worked as the Project Manager of the Ad Astra Academy in UCD, where I was responsible for implementing the entire programme. I managed budgets and coordinated large scale events.I also worked as Care Supervisor with Be Independent Homecare, where I managed a caseloads of over 60 client's and a team of over 30 care workers.
