Projects include establishing a network of MyMind hubs nationwide & several funded projects offering specialised support services.Responsibilities:-Project planning, execution & monitoring multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful implementation and achievement of goals-Setting up projects on our CRM system to track activities, budget, & progress.-Developing project plans, including timelines, milestones & resource allocation & adherence to schedules.-Manage project risks, issues and changes, proactively addressing any obstacles that may arise.-Identifying premises for expansion, considering accessibility, community needs, and operational requirements.-Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate locations, negotiate contracts, and purchase necessary furniture & equipment.-Working with the Marketing manager & liaising with the UX team to update our website-Work with Clinical Manager & Ops Team to identify Mental Health Professionals for each location.-Coordinating with internal teams & mental health professionals to ensure a smooth transition and setup of new services-Assessing new locations and premises to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the standard required.-Stakeholder Management and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including snr management, operations team, mental health professionals and external partners, fostering effective collaboration and communication.-Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, track financial performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.

-Researching & designing an annual calendar of events to identify local, national & international events. Working strategically to identify areas to develop new initiatives to promote Employee Experience & Employee Wellbeing at work.-Sourced and liaised with 3rd party providers. I initiated a Cancer Prevention event with the Irish Cancer Society for Movember and also a Fundraiser for Daffodil day. I also organised & delivered a 6 week Stop Smoking Camp with the HSE & a 6-week Stress Control Programme. I also sourced speakers for Mental Health Awareness Week.-Promoted in-house vendors including a Dentist, an Optician, a Hairdresser, a Podiatrist and Bank of Ireland. I collaborated with them to run events such as Financial Wellbeing (seminars for first time buyers, managing a household budget & mortgage switching), a talk on Eye Health for digital screens, a talk on Foot Care for work productivity & Cultural events.-Designed content for Communicating on all channels, including social media, the internal website & digital screens. Working closely & strategically with the communication team.  -Sourced & delivered Wellbeing & Culture events both in person & virtually. Sourcing & booking venues, liaising with suppliers, handling logistics, managing budgets & invoicing.-Preparing monthly & quarterly reports & power point presentations of events delivered. I also providedupdates & progress reports.-Attending meetings and collaborated with various in-house teams such as Human Resource’s, Occupational Health and the Insurance providers. This was to plan wellbeing initiatives. I also prepared reports and updates for meetings with Intel and my EMEA manager.-Working with various internal departments such as Public Affairs, the Biodiversity Team (I initiated aBiodiversity Walking Group), Waste Management (I designed a Waste Segregation & Sustainability event)-Designing & delivering a companywide Pulse survey, to evaluate satisfaction for services on site.

The Ad Astra Academy supports students of exceptional ability in its three strands, Academic Scholars, Elite Athletes & Performing Arts Students. This is a Senior Role which involves a high degree of independent decision making and working on my own initiative. It includes the successful delivery of the Ad Astra Academy programme. *Manage and co-ordinate the day to day operations and activities of the Academy’s programme.*Report to the Ad Astra Academy Board and the Director of the Academy. *Developing, designing, project managing and organising Ad Astra large scale annual events.*Plan & deliver creative and engaging formal and informal events that meet set objectives and budgets. Including an Orientation, an Awards Ceremony, Seminars, Workshops & Team building activities. *Manage the Marketing & Communications of the Academy. This includes the content management for the website, updating the Facebook page, writing features for national newspapers & internal publications. *Budget Management. After working for the Motivation Headquarters in Dublin, I decided to open my own Motivation Clinic in Athlone. I managed this profitable business for 5 years with a turnover of over 300k p/a. *Prepared a business proposal for the Motivation headquarters to open a new Motivation clinic.*Prepared a business plan with financial forecasts for all the major lending institutions, which lead to a loan approval from Bank of Ireland.*Sourcing a commercial property and negotiating a lease. Design and supervision of a new office fit out, from initial design to final construction.*Interviewing and recruiting potential candidates. I trained a team of 4 employees. *Prepared regional marketing campaigns to complement the National marketing campaign. I designed & delivered presentations on Nutrition & Weight management to local business's. *Building new business relationships and developing my clinic with local companies by joining BNI network groups and the Athlone Chamber of Commerce. I also worked with local GP's to coordinate with them on our specialised Motivation medical plan.

Motivation is a private weight loss clinic, designed by Dr. Maurice Larocque an expert on obesity. We provided an innovative approach as we don't just deal with what people eat but rather why they eat. Through individual consultations, behaviour modification techniques and healthy eating plans we assisted clients to lose and maintain their desired weight. We believed in treating the person and not the obesity.*Provided initial one to one individual assessment consultations to identify both the physical and psychological factors which may cause a clients weight gain.*Conducting full body analysis's, examining a clients Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat %, Blood Pressure as well as reviewing their Medical history. *Providing a detailed Nutritional plan to cater for clients. This included Medical plans, Nutritional plans, Vegetarians plans, Maintenance plans and adolescent programme's. *Assess and discuss the clients habits, motivation, stress symptoms, and emotional and mental self image. This was quantified using the Mental Weight Report and interpreted for the client to help them understand the reasons outside the food which was triggering their weight gain *Designing a programme for the client which combines both a nutritional (physical) and a psychological (mental) elements in order to help clients achieve and maintain their weight.
