Chosen as one of 300 scholars from 1400+ applicants, scholars participated in the first of two intensive Summer Academies at Amherst College. Scholars spent three hours a day in calculus and college writing for five days a week (excluding weekends) for six weeks, while expanding their network and learning from experts in various industries. The second Summer Academy will take place at the prestigious University of Chicago and will focus more on their various pathways (Law, Core, Health, Tech, etc) and allow them to gain hands-on experience in the bustling hub that is Chicago.
