One of my role in this film program is as communication manager. i am responsible for external communication including press release, news letter, and invitation. adding to that, I also responsible to communicate the concept to the external team which are government, event organizer and the collaborators along with the other function as the representative of the program to our collaborators such as movie companies, film schools, filmmaker association, Indonesian ministries, cultural attache and cultural centers and non-profit organizations.

As a program manager I am responsible to design the program's concept, the implementation and the final report. I am reporting directly to Program Director and Indonesian government (BEKRAF) as the funder of the program. Other part of my role is to currate the content of sumitted proposals and later match the selected with the suitable investors. I am also responsible to manage the collaboration between AKATARA and other parties such as proffesion's association, cultural institution, commercial companies, etc.

As Project Manager I am responsible to make the pitching forum happened. I am responsible to connect with the investors, film companies, filmmakers and other parties that is related with the pitching forum.

As assistant director I am responsible to help production team in making the schedule for pre-production and production (shooting day) and manage to make it happen. I am also responsible as a bridge between the creative team and production team to meet the budget. Other than that, I am also responsible to understand the director's needs and to deliver it to the whole crew.

I am responsible to teach second year student for subject TV news reporting. I make my sylabus and prepare materials for every meeting.

I am responsible to make a news report from research, interview, gathering news item, writing script and deliver it to the audience. I have done daily news, live report and investigation reporting. As a reporter I am also responsible to deliver the news directly to the audience either via live report or recorded.

As casting director I work per movie project based. I had work with various director such as Hanung Bramantyo and Hanny R. Saputra and also various Production Houses such as MD Pictures, Falcon pictures, Rapi Films, etc.I am responsible to facilitate the casting and find the suitable actors for all the roles in a film. I also need to sync the needs from the script with the producer's and director's. my other responsibilities are to make timeline, budget and casting reports. In addition, as part of the production team, I have to negotiate the budget and schedule with the actors. Some of my works are Ayat-Ayat Cinta, Milli dan Nathan, Sundel Bolong. From my works I have found new actors that later become a movie star.

As actress, I am responsible to translate the character in the script into action and to liven up the character. To be able to do the character well, I did research on the character's background in order to understand the mind of the character. I have played in short movie as well as in feature length movies.
