Responsible for overall operations of a Mental Health Care organization serving more than 1,000 patients, with multiple specialty practices, including: EMDR, DBT, Grief, LGBTQ+, Families, SMI, GMH, and children, with a goal of transitioning into an integrated service clinic. Direct responsibility for more than 85 employees including departments of the intake and referral operations, Human Resources, Medical Records, Medical Billing, Clinical, Quality Management, Network Management, Data Management, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery, as well as grievance and appeals. Provides servant style leadership to all staff.

I planned, lead, directed, developed, and coordinated the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Provided EMDR, DBT, LGBTQ+, Grief, and general counseling for the SMI, GMH, and DDD communities.
