I believe that everyone brings unique value into the room and has everything they need to contribute and create within them. What is needed is a space, free of judgement, that invites us to look at the world, and the elements at play in it ( our knowledge, our intellect, our stories, our assumptions, the characters and problems involved) from a position different to today’s. In so doing we are able to make new connections from which transformative solutions can emerge. It is my ambition in all my interactions to create this thinking space for people such that we deepen the quality of our individual and collective thinking; coax new ideas from the shadows of our consciousness; and ignite a sense of agency that leads to decisive action.I confess to being an eternal believer in possibility. I am a problem solving addict who cannot help but examine things, look at them from different perspectives and reflect on how they might hang together differently to create something new and adaptable. My joy comes from doing this with other people who are willing to bring their talent and passion into the room to build something of lasting value together.I combine more than 10 years of management consulting experience spanning strategy facilitation and development; organisational design and development; customer service and operating model design; business analysis and process re-engineering; and change management with a passion for storytelling and leadership coaching to help build self-generating teams, capable of solving tomorrow’s problems, while we work together to solve today’s.
