Working with 5 Golf & Country Clubs across the UK, supporting Sales & Events offices.Supporting Sales Blitz weeks, Wider-scale projects and areas of research, Support in re-solicitation, Support in calling days, Use of Agency 360/Travel Click – monthly update to Hotel Sales Leaders, Production of Month End Sales Pack and GSPP Roll Up for Quarterly Results for Hotel Sales Leaders, Coordinating events within the Hotels on behalf of the Cluster from lunches, meetings and fam trips.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager my responsibilities and essential job functions include the following:•Maintain visible image of management at all times •Assist employees and guests by handling guest feedback, both written and verbal and include investigations into guest complaints •Meet, greet and room VIPs and making courtesy calls to guests •Conduct daily briefings presentation including business issues, hotel information•Attend scheduled meetings, departmental and interdepartmental meetings•Complete any collateral assignment.•Co-ordinate with Reception and Group Desk Managers to look out for VIP arrivals booked.•Meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, especially VIP guests.

Inputting customer data to perform a credit check for a mobile phone contract. Shipping handsets once connected using admin systems and spreadsheets. Follow up any problems of the credit check regarding customer details and contacting networks on behalf of customers. The entirety of the position is carried out within the data protection act.
