I am involved with various community service volunteer work with Wells Fargo & Co., AT&T, YMCA – Community of Alhambra, CA, & Our lady of Rosary Catholic School, Paramount, CA on an as needed basis.

Duties: Assist the Human Resource Administrator as follows: Direct calls, take messages, applicant testing, filing, typing Xeroxing, daily work reports, new-hire documentation kits, distribution of mail, secretarial support to HR VP, invoice processing, organization charts, payroll processing, meetings room calendars, miscellaneous reports and assisting on special projects.

Duties: Acted as liaison between a managing consulting firm and Government Officials, as well as small Business entrepreneur, in the capacity of Director's Assistant. Coordinated all of the company's offsite events. Responsible for the recruitment process and supervision of all clerical staff.

DUTIES: Assisted in all daily business operations, ie., Inventory, Shipping and Receiving, Payroll, Accounting, and Supervision of personnel.
