I love to provoke learning processes. I am intrigued by the question why people and organisations behave the way they behave. Even though they might know very well there is another, even better way of doing things. I hold the space in which awareness can grow, in which people and systems are invited to discover their own wisdom. This is how I foster the courage to change and the joy to live and work in the uncertainties of complexity. I work as a professional coach for leaders, managers and directors and as a consultant in change projects. Next to that, I am a leader and manager myself, for over 20 years now. Together with our team of nurses in palliative homecare, we experiment with self-organisation and workplace learning. I am very engaged in policiy making in the field of palliative care and end-of-life care.
