I worked for 13 years in surgical theatres in both the NHS and the private sector. I have also worked in family planning and as a deputy manager of a nursing home. I gained my BSc in clinical leadership through the army which has given me the confidence to apply for jobs I never thought of go into. I currently work for Coventry University Scarborough as a Tutor in adult nursing. Through the University I gained my PGCEHE.I am now also having the privilege to undertake Aurora which is a leadership course for women.
