Have over 20 years working in the domestic violence field, working with families that have been impacted by abuse and trauma. I worked in the Elizabeth Stone House for 18 years where I was a supervisor of domestic violence and community services. My current role as an Executive Director at We Are Better Together Warren Daniel Hairston Project working with families that have been impacted by community harm and incarceration where we bridge transformational healing and intergenerational trauma to create healing and agents of change to interrupt the cycle of violence. I believe that we have to work with families that have been impacted by harm and families that cause harm in order to interrupt the cycle of violence to create unity and peace, We Are Better Together.
