Teradata is the leading provider of analytic data platforms, applications, and services. I am responsible for defining and delivering the strategy for seven offshore and nearshore delivery centres (2200 consultants) based in Czech Republic, Pakistan, US, India and the Philippines, delivering analytics and datawarehouse services to clients globally. My role is to ensure that we have the capability to deliver an increasing percentage of work from our delivery centres. Involved in multiple sales opportunities to position an increasing usage of Teradata delivery centres.

Accountable for the delivery of Enterprise Services to HP clients in Asia – Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Thailand. Targeted with building and delivering the business plus bringing best practice Global Delivery processes to HP in the region.

Accountable for a P&L of $250million+, with 5000 consultants in HCL’s global delivery centres in India, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Singapore – (2800 SAP, 2000 Oracle and 200 Microsoft Dynamics), delivering services to HCL AXON’s global clients.As executive sponsor helped win several large global multi practice deals. Integrated HCL and Axon’s global practices after acquisition. Put in place a global delivery methodology for the practice (iGDM). Led acquisition and integration of two companies based in Malaysia and Australia.
