In October 2019, I embarked on my journey with CTRL-F, and what a ride it has been thus far! Working at CTRL-F has let to the opportunity to grow as a young professional and, above all, to assist candidates with a foreign background as they embark upon their job seeking adventure.Within our team, I focus on strong partnerships with our regional offices to ensure a close collaboration for our global talent. In addition, I assist in the immersion of new colleagues as they get to know the business and the way-of-working. The combination of guiding professionals to the next step in their career and building strong partnerships are my greatest motivations.
