Over the years I’ve learned about Human Resource and general management responsibilities, systems, and procedures through my experiences as working as an administrative professional in various industries. Early in my professional career, I established a solid foundation of knowledge while working as an apartment manager in an educational environment. Then I transferred and grew my skill set as I gained experience managing an agricultural-focused office. In recent years, I've joined the Stemilt team and developed proficiency in my bilingual communication and analytical skills. My biggest successes have been in identifying where already available applications, such as Power Automate can refine processes and reduce manual data entry. Over the past year, I’ve continued to evolve my capabilities and expand my areas of expertise, as a Business Analyst in the IT department focusing on the Human Capital area but learning about the Supply Chain and Warehousing areas.
