Over the past 25 years, Ms. Schwartz has worked with the state licensing and certification governmental agencies located in 40 states regarding various license matters. In addition, Ms. Schwartz has developed working relationships with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Medicare Administrator Contractors that govern Medicare provider enrollments. Ms. Schwartz’ professional career includes employment with Kimberly Quality Care, which was acquired by Olsten Health Services and subsequently became Gentiva Health Services. From 1999 through 2000, Ms. Schwartz was an independent home health care consultant with clients located across the country. Ms. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Psychology and a Master of Business Administration.
