The main focus of my study has been theimpact of excessive nutrient flux and trace metal discharge from point sources, such assewage outputs and decommissioned mining infrastructure, resulting in contaminatedland/water. My initial interest in this field was sparked whilst at University; I tailored myoptional modules to reflect this and studied pollution management and environmentalmanagement during my final two years, as well as conducting my own research into theimpact of pollution upon biodiversity and habitat suitability within the Plymouth Sound (adesignated SAC).Proficient ability with a range of IT packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SPSS, Minitab. Experience in use of GIS however no formal qualification gained.
