Total debt personally recovered since 2017 of £4.5m, limiting company’s exposure to financial loss.Management of tender submissions, including building cost and pricing models unique to each submission, and compiling bespoke response documents.Generating quotes and contracts and assisting in external Customer Relationship Management by providing account management for large multi-site customers and acting as a ‘point of contact’ for smaller customers. Working in collaboration with operational colleagues to ensure contracts are managed through to successful completion.Input to and co-ordination of industry audits and accreditations, gathering information and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure the most successful outcome is achieved.Outside of work, I play the clarinet in a number of local amateur music groups, coordinating advertising, media and social media for one of them. I regularly attend classical music concerts and enjoy walking, photography and badminton.
