I am AMS’s Managing Director of People and Culture, responsible for developing and delivering the People Strategy for the business. I have worked extensively across the full employee lifecycle and care passionately about AMS being a place where people bring their whole authentic selves to work to do their best work for their candidates, clients and colleagues. I am an experienced leader of people with expertise in employee experience, talent, performance, reward, employee engagement, operations and inclusion and diversity. Prior to joining AMS in 2007, I was a Senior Manager in the client facing HR Consulting Practice of PwC.
