I was charge nurse on 3-11. I oversaw staffing. I worked closely with the doctor doing patient care. Admissions, discharges, transfers. Took off physician orders and implemented orders. I performed vital signs, assessments and did treatments.

I was a staff RN. I did admissions and discharges, I passed medications, performed vital signs and did assessments. I assisted patients with their ADL's.
