As a former General Counsel and Head of Ethics, Compliance & Risk functions in international companies, I have developed a pioneering approach to ethics and compliance, now widely adopted, which focuses on organisational values and culture. Previous experience includes developing successful legal departments, anti-corruption strategies, crisis management programmes and extensive training for in all of these areas. As an ICF Certified executive coach, my approach includes providing collaboration and challenge to senior management and teams committed to ethical leadership. In 2005 my Borealis team pioneered the concept of 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 & since I have helped numerous organisations build successful networks across all functions and locations.
