This role required me to handle confidential and sensitive medical information, make important decisions quickly and carry out varied tasks efficiently with little room for errors. Organisation and efficiency were incredibly important for this role as the team had several time sensitive tasks alongside general administrative duties. Accuracy was imperative as SLAs and statistics reporting I conducted on a daily basis was used by upper management to make wider business decisions.

Specialising in direct marketing, I was a member of the events sales team. This developed my work ethic, teamwork skills and customer service skills, as interacting with existing and potential customers in a polite and friendly way was vital.

During this internship I provided general administrative support as well as completing various PR tasks.
