Setup and maintain cash flow analysis report on significant variances and preempt potential threats.Routine ActivitiesImport Declarations - check against purchase orders to ensure that the correct duty and GST has been applied and approve for DD by Australian Customs. Manage recording of freight and duty charges in appropriate registers for each State, process and pay freight and duty invoices in a timely manner.Inter-group/company transactions - process all group invoices ensuring accurate and timely recording and payment over multiple currencies, reconciliation of intercompany accounts, netting and contra transactions.Business Analysis ReportsIntroduction of consistent documentation and forms for Payroll, starters, leavers and annual and long service leave projection and cashing out. During my time with The Cherwell Group I implemented EDI for accounts receivable invoicing to the larger groups and created an invoicing system within excel for retail vending counters that reduced the number of days to produce these large value, detailed invoices accurately, from 3-4 days down to 1, improving cash flow and productivity.
