I am a qualified Zoologist with expertise in Ornithology looking for work in Conservation, following a ecology season with various consultancies, I am keen to assist ecologists during the survey season. Through my interest in bird watching, I am aiding in the Breeding Bird survey and regularly go ringing. I also posses identification skills of various aspects and species in the natural world. And have undertaken a courses in Dragonfly and Butterfly Identification.In addition I have attended various online conferences to further network and improve my skills in the ecology sector. I have extensive experience in various physical conservation days, involving shrub clearance, tree planting and path restoration. I also posses basic vegetation ID skills and have undertaken a course in habitat surveying to further build on my skills. Furthermore, I have undertaken various people facing jobs demonstrating my interpersonal and public engagement skills for working with clients in this sector.
