• Providing personal assistance to National H&S Manager. PA tasks include but not limited to: diary management, travel bookings, managing emails, organising all meetings, writing and drafting communications, event.
• Creating & maintaining relationships with Area Management & Senior Leadership
• Acting as ‘gate-keeper’ between Management & staff. Identifying potential issues and raising them appropriately
• Collating & interpreting data to help with strategic decisions and messaging in communications
• Creating & maintaining multiple databases, including new document information system Fletcher Works and JobSafe / Investigations

• Providing Personal Assistance (tasks listed above) to 2x National Business Managers - Auckland and All other Regions
