Ruth V. Glick is an independent mediator and arbitrator whose skill and knowledge of ADR derive from her background as a lawyer, businesswoman and educator. She has considerable experience in both her legal and business careers and was Adjunct Professor of Arbitration and ADR Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law for many years. Named a Northern California Super Lawyer yearly, she is a dispute resolver in business, commercial, financial, technology, securities, labor and employment, real estate, and health care disputes. She is on the Large and Complex case panel, National Commercial Arbitration,Labor and Employment Arbitration and Master Mediation panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), Office of the Independent Administrator (Kaiser) as well as a number of court, industry, permanent labor, government and international ADR panels. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a Certified Mediator with the International Mediation Institute, The Hague, Netherlands, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators. She was the Chair of the 18,000 member Dispute Resolution section of the American Bar Association in 2013-2014.
