Responsible for fiscal administration of Agency grants, programs and operations; supervision of fiscal staff and staff functions; preparation of all financial program/grant-related and agency operational reports as well as of all federal reports as mandated by grantors.Develop budgets, write grant proposals for new funding opportunities and ongoing/existing programs. Work closely with Board of Directors & Senior Management to establish & support accurate delivery of fiscal goals, outputs & operations and maintenance of policies and processes in support of those goals. Responsible for Implementation and maintenance of various fiscal and program-related software platforms & databases; & for developing and implementing changes in data entry processes and software systems/functions used to support and execute office processes and program-related requirements to ensure and maximize operational efficiencies & data integrity, adherence to standards and protocols and compliance with Agency operational policies. Responsible for all procurement, purchasing and bid/contract development & administration. Prepare all necessary reports, adjustments and analysis in preparation for A-133 audit and all program-related and grantor monitoring. Develop & implement policies and procedures to assure that Agency is compliant with all current Federal, State and program/grantor-specific requirements; as well as with GAAP. Administer all Agency contracts, including all insurance polices; manage Program/Agency inventory and assets; manage Agency-owned investment accounts and provide analysis of account portfolios and performance. Supervise fiscal staff and develop procedural guidelines and processes that maximize office productivity and efficiency. Train office and Agency staff and provide feedback, guidance and assistance to managers and directors regarding program fiscal, reporting and data management standards.
