I am a qualified senior SEN specialist and have experience teaching and working in schools and colleges coordinating support for children with particular needs. I am starting a new role of head of Special need school for children on the Spectrum. My previous role as a school Special need coordinator was to lead a team of Learning Support Assistants ( LSA). to administer the paperwork, Train teachers and teach LSA’s with a strategic method to integrate children with learning disabilities into the primary classes. Including children with ASD- and ADHD. I am passionate about my LSA’s team to develop their careers, and I provide them with the course of relevant courses in a plan that I created as CPD Team manager. I acknowledge a team should be working together with trust for the goal, and it impacts the excellent atmosphere. I am qualified with a Master's in Leadership expert inclusion. I am passionate about integrating Children with challenges, role modelling social interaction skills, training teachers in mainstream schools on how to incorporate them into their classes, and not excluding children with special needs from mainstream schools. I am learning about the exceptional advantages of part-time intervention in the mainstream school for children with learning disabilities and SEMH. My goal is to help other educational campuses improve the inclusivity of children with Special Education needs and SEMH Difficulties.I started to do coaching for new SENCOs to build up strategic planning to do their role. And I enjoy the experience to give strategic and method from my experience working as a Special Need. Coordinator.
