I’m a seasoned lab manager, team leader, and service specialist with the ability to analyze business objectives, work with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships in order to accomplish those objectives. I am an expert in operational management, customer communications, and product and process design, with 20+ years of experience in strategic systems and program alignment. Most recently, as the Assistant General Manager, I am charged with overseeing the responsible execution of lab functions to ensure quality management and customer satisfaction. As a team leader I am focused on understanding user needs and expectations, providing effective solutions, and utilizing cross-functional collaboration to drive team engagement in order to optimize a clear vision to achieve organizational objectives. But I know that customer expectations come first, and I use a collaborative approach to develop solutions together.
