Designed the Physiotherapy Department at Beacon Hospital with a team of architects, procured all capital equipment, configured suitable IT systems for the department with support of IT colleagues, and assembled a team of physiotherapists to open the department in November 2006. Department grew from 3 physiotherapists to 25 physiotherapists by year five.
