Ruth Gonzalez is founder of 12 South Entertainment, a boutique agency specializing in entertainment partnerships, including talent acquisition, contract negotiation and fulfillment, event and project management, strategic business development and event and tour sponsorship activation.Career Highlights and Recent Accomplishments:With over twenty years of experience as a music talent agent, including nine years spent as an agent at Creative Artists Agency in Beverly Hills, CA, Ruth Gonzalez provides expertise in music talent, touring, sponsorship activation, and event solutions.At CAA, Gonzalez was responsible for artists: Jesse McCartney, Ashlee Simpson, Nikka Costa, Van Hunt and Phantom Planet, and many others. She also represented CAA music talent for West Coast territory bookings, as well as Mid South Casino and Performing Arts Centers. In 2012, Ruth launched her own business, 12 South Entertainment, to provide independent services to artists and brands.Growing up in Atlanta, Ruth began her music industry career as a talent buyer for the Dark Horse Tavern and The Point. She served as Vice President of Alienation Inc., where she handled booking and management, and she also worked as a stage manager for Music Midtown festival. Says Ruth, "I've worn many hats over the years and at the end of the day, I'm still just a passionate music lover.  The goal of my work is to find new and additional revenue streams for artists and brands.”
