I had always believed in the possibility of serving health care like a treat that can be gotten from a five star hotel, but in this case accessible to everyone. Everyone regardless of religion, ethnicity, colours and social status deserves the best Care. As a Quality Officer for a Hospital that holds patient's wellbeing and experience in her best interest, it is my utmost priority to ensure that health services given to clients and their families are with the best equipments and rendered by the right set of professionals. I work with other members of the team to set standards of practices and also measure them across all departments. My work also revolves round patient's satisfaction assessment, intervention to improve satisfaction and training to improve customer's satisfaction.

As a registered Nurse at KMC, I gave quality and scientific based nursing care to my patients ranging from admission of patients, assistance in activities of daily living, daily assessment and monitoring, careful observation, antenatal care, intra and post natal care, feeding, administration of drugs through many routes, securing intravenous assess, etc.Despite the load of work, my desire for growth made me partly work as the HMO officer, I literally kick start operations with the first set of HMOs for the Hospital.
