Provide site-base support to increase student achievement and to fully implement the district core curriculum through the use of job embedded and staff development with teachers to enhance their instructional practices by presenting demonstration lessons that model best practices and district common instructional strategies for the instructional staff. Assist staff in using various assessment data to plan for differentiated instructions.

Understanding school curriculum, ensuring teaching of the written curriculum and heloping staff us curriculum resources. Participate in and leading curriculum development activities. Regularly use the results of student assessment data to identify problems and implement program improvements. Work with staff to systematically identfy and respond to at risk students; making refererals to appropriate community agencies when needed. Model and facilitates good human relation skills; effectively interact with others.
