The patient population is diversified and includes the following: transplant patients both pre and post, spinal cord injury clients requiring urology care, and multiple trauma injury patients.Daily operations include the interviewing, hiring evaluating, and providing ongoing support to a nursingStaff of 60 FTE’s. Emphasis is placed on quality assurance in all areas of unit activities, including ongoing education on nursing informatics.
