• Establish, and now iterating upon, the first standardized procurement and vendor management process for use at TrueML resulting in $XXM in savings on $XXXM OpEx in FY21 • Manage the contract lifecycle of 320+ ongoing vendor relationships across three subsidiaries and ten categories of spend (Software, Contract Labor, Server Infrastructure, Payment Processing, Info Scrubs, etc.)• Lead all spend and vendor management initiatives related to the 2022 acquisition of the firm ERC, including strategic vendor consolidation, merging of vendor audit programs, and renegotiation/exiting of non-value add vendor relationships• Manage the implementation of GraphiteConnect (3rd party VMS), reducing average vendor onboarding time in 2021 from 8.6 to 3.2 weeks while maintaining all third party management compliance requirements• Manage Facilities (2x expansion, maintenance, 3x decommissioning) in San Francisco, Kansas City, and Jacksonville locations• Hire and develop the right talent to ensure business continuity and accommodate hyper growth, directly managing a team of four

A rotation through each of TrueAccord's key operational areas (Implementation, Customer Engagement & Account Servicing (CE/AS), Performance Optimization and Operational Excellence) as well as fundamental management courses provided by the L&D Team. Each rotation included its own goals and objectives, as well as an expectation to identify potential operational efficiencies and improvements. Key projects included:• Leverage project management software and contract automations to standardize CSV client onboarding to resulting in a reduction of time to revenue of 11%• Facilitate the build out of an onboarding webpage that includes critical resources, how to guides, and FAQs to reduce influx of communication to client facing teams and streamline the onboarding experience for new clients• Partner with consumer communication teams (Account Servicing and Customer Engagement) to align on a workforce management philosophy and configure Calabrio's Teleopti to reflect the approach• Leverage the newly configured WFM system for automated scheduling, PTO requests, and longterm staffing forecasts - eliminating the need for staff to manually support these processes and increasing forecast accuracy by 9%• Partner with the Analytics team to drive a complete overhaul of Operational Reporting being done in Google Sheets, automating the reporting and publication via Looker dashboards and reducing time spent on manual data tracking by two FTE equivalents
