- Responsible on the packaging and product specification approval between vendor and buyers- Perform a final inspection and present a brief report along with the recommendation for buyer's perusal prior loading and shipment.- Review and record the vendor's food safety document and certification.- Responding to the buyer's complain related to the food safety.- Ensure that all lab testing result have been submitted by vendor prior the product shipped.

- Assisting QC Manger to manage the QC online to monitor the CCP implementation on production process and taking an immediate action when any non-conformity found during production.- Review the daily CCP records and Finished Good Inspection report as well as Certificate of Analysis result prior the products were released for shipment.- Together with HACCP team, review the HACCP plan yearly and conduct Recall simulation.

- Prepare the weekly production plan based on the shipment schedule from Marketing department.- Coordinate with line supervisor to monitor the daily production capacity and yield achievement. - Together with PPIC department, coordinate the readiness and continuity of raw material, ingredient and packaging for daily production.- Together with HR department coordinate the worker allocation for Tuna and Sardine plant based on the daily production capacity.- Monitor and review the efficiency and effectiveness of the worker.
